South Korea released some amendments to the Food Additives Code, setting new standards for mixed use of food coloring

On December 1, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) issued Announcement No. 2020-117 to amend part of the "Food Additives Code". The main contents are as follows:
1. Newly set general standards for the mixed use of food colorings.
2. Revise the mixed use standard of 16 kinds of food coloring including food coloring green No. 3 (solid green).
