e: the excess is allowed to be carry forward and cancel in future tax years. This Notice shall be effective from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2025. Notice of the State Administration of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance on the Policy of Pre-tax Deduction of Advertising Fees and Business Publicity Fees (Caishui [2017] No. 41) shall be abolished as of January 1, 2021.
