Recently, an ice cream shop selling products imported from New Zealand in a shopping mall in Tianjin failed to file the information on the imported cold chain food traceability system as required, and all employees who contact or sell products in the shop did not have a 7-day nucleic acid testing certificate. According to the China Public Security Administration Punishment Law, Article 50, paragraph 1, the public security department decided to shut down the shop and detained shopkeeper for 5 days as punishment.
