US | Exempt the residue limits of Kasugamycin
Foodmate News: According to the US Federal news, October 8 2020, the EPA issued regulations No. 2020-19761, exempted the residue limits of Kasugamycin.
According to the regulations, when Kasugamycin is used as an inert ingredient in pesticide preparations on almond trees, its residue limit is exempted.
This provision will take effect on October 8, 2020, and an objection or hearing request must be submitted before December 7, 2020.
