Brazil revises import licensing standards for plant species and their products and by-products
On January 14, 2021, Brazil notified the WTO of the draft directive (G/SPS/N/BRA/1876), which revised the import licensing standards of plant species, their products, and by-products, Article 2, paragraph 7, and Article 6, paragraph 8, the standard will take effect on February 1, 2021.
